285Hours
The core program, and the one the school is built around.
Day class runs 2.5 months, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm. Night class runs Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 10pm. Same 285 hours either way, so pick the one your life can actually hold.
320Hours
320 hours for stylists who want to teach the work instead of only doing it.
Day class Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm. Theory and practical in person. Ages 13 and up.
8Hours
Eight hours, taught as two four-hour days. This one is for stylists who already hold a license and want to add natural hair work to what they offer.
Chapter IV
These are the areas the program covers. Ask us for detail on any one of them.
Technique, tension and the patterns clients actually ask for. Clean partings first, because everything sits on them.
Photo slot — braiding work from the classroom.
Starting them, maintaining them, retwisting and repair — and knowing when not to start them at all.
Two-strand, flat, spring and passion twists — sized and sectioned to suit density and routine.

What to do before and between protective styles, and when a treatment is the honest answer instead of an install.

Keeping hair and scalp well between appointments, and teaching a client to do the same at home.

Reading a scalp before you touch it. What is normal, what needs rest, and what you should not work on.

Chapter V
We run payment plans in house. We take credit and debit cards, Zelle, cash and Afterpay.
Additional financial assistance is available for students aged 14 to 24. Ask us when you apply.
A government photo ID or a military ID, and your Social Security card. Both, not one or the other. If you are missing something, tell us before you come in.
